Hi and welcome to my blog and site!

My name is Caro Nuge and I’ve been teaching for 14 years now, all at the same urban public high school in central Massachusetts. I teach AP Calculus BC and Algebra II right now, but I’ve also taught Pre-Calculus, Algebra I, AP Calculus AB, and MCAS Math prep.

Sometimes my job drives me crazy, but overall I LOVE what I do.

It’s hard to talk to non-teachers about the roller coaster highs and lows that go on each day as a teacher, so this blog is my way of off-loading all of my experiences and sharing what I’ve created for my classes. I LOVE lesson planning and am always looking for new, engaging, highly interesting things for students to learn and do.

I am obsessed with my two kids.
